The short version: FileIvy does not upload your files, require an account, run advertising, sell personal information, or use analytics today.
Who is responsible
FileIvy is an independent browser-tool project operated from India. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@fileivy.com.
Files and tool settings
Image files, filenames, previews, dimensions, metadata, conversion choices, quality settings, and generated results remain in the memory of your browser tab. FileIvy does not send them to its servers. They leave the tab only when you choose to download a result or otherwise share it from your device.
Closing or refreshing the tab clears the active tool state. FileIvy does not maintain an application database of your files or tool activity.
Information used to provide the website
When you visit any website, its hosting and security infrastructure receives limited request information. For FileIvy this may include your IP address, browser and device headers, requested page, time of request, and diagnostic or security events. This information is used only to deliver the website, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and keep the service secure.
Cookies
FileIvy does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set the short-lived __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. It is a strictly necessary security cookie, is not a FileIvy account identifier, and expires after a period of inactivity.
Service providers and international processing
FileIvy uses OpenAI Sites for application hosting and Cloudflare for domain, network, certificate, and security services. These providers may process request and security information in countries where they operate, subject to their service terms, privacy commitments, and applicable law.
Retention
FileIvy keeps no user-account or file database. Infrastructure providers may retain limited operational and security logs for the periods needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot their services or comply with law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about personal data processing, and to complain to a relevant authority. Email privacy@fileivy.com and describe your request. Because FileIvy has no accounts, we may need enough information to identify the relevant infrastructure record without collecting more than necessary.
Children
FileIvy is a general-purpose utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. The tools work without accounts, profiles, or file uploads.
Changes to this policy
If FileIvy adds analytics, advertising, accounts, cloud file processing, payments, or another practice that changes how personal information is handled, this policy will be updated before or when that feature launches. Material changes will receive a new effective date.
